THE PRESTIGE PROCESS - For agents:


1. Refer us a lead.
2. We evaluate each property separately for possible purchase.
3. After your property is approved, we can schedule an appointment to discuss our process with the homeowner
4. We will collect the Short Sale package to submit to the lender
5. You keep the listing and continue to market on the MLS
6. We negotiate with the bank to receive a short sale approval
7. Once the bank accepts terms of the short sale, we will purchase the property.
8. Escrow closes and you get paid! You still receive your full commission.


THE PRESTIGE PROCESS - For homeowners:


1. An initial appointment is scheduled
2. We will collect the full short sale package required by the lender
3. Your unique situation and property is analyzed for purchase
4. We will refer a top Real Estate Agent in your area to market your property on the MLS for sale (You can use your agent if you already have one.)
5. Prestige will make the initial all cash offer to begin the negotiation process.
6. We negotiate the Short Sale of your property to obtain a lender approval
7. We will purchase the property all cash or we will assist your Agent in finding an end buyer
8. Home is sold and foreclosure is avoided.
